Une stabilité UV permanente dans les produits liquides à base d'uréthane n'est pas possible. En définitive, la seule option est de retarder les effets dégradants (changement de couleur et dégradation de surface) de la lumière ultraviolette sur ces matériaux. Sun Devil™ est un additif liquide à un composant qui ralentira le changement de couleur et la dégradation physique dus à l'exposition aux UV pour de nombreux produits d'uréthane liquide Smooth-On. Sun Devil™ est ajouté en poids (échelle de grammes requise) au système en caoutchouc uréthane, en plastique ou en mousse. Les résultats varieront et dépendront de l'intensité et de la durée d'exposition à la lumière UV du matériau durci au fil du temps.

Failure to follow directions may result in the urethane system not curing or not attaining ultimate physical and performance properties. Follow safety precautions listed on the urethane material technical bulletin and MSDS. Store and use all materials at room temperature 23°C.MEASURING & MIXING...Sun Devil™ is added as 1% of the total weight to the urethane system. Use a gram scale for best results. Do not add more than 1% of total system weight.1. Calculate the required amounts of Part A and Part B of the urethane rubber, plastic or foam system by weight to be combined.2. Calculate 1% of that total to determine the amount of Sun Devil™ to use.3. Pre-mix Sun Devil™ thoroughly with Part B and then add Part A. Mix all three components thoroughly according to the urethane material technical bulletin and apply material.
